Gajendra Singh is a rich contractor who works with his partner Madanlal. They sell government building materials in the black market and replace them with poor-quality materials. A civil engineer and his supervisor discover this fraud, but Gajendra kills them.
Dr Vijay later receives a letter that his friend Amar, a gold medalist engineer, will join the project as the new engineer. Amar is honest and refuses to support the illegal work. When the contractors try to bribe him, Amar beats them and warns that he will expose their corruption.
Joginder, Gajendra’s son, is a man with criminal tendencies who becomes interested in Asha, Amar’s future wife. On the night of Amar and Asha’s wedding, Gajendra, Madanlal and Joginder attack Amar and stab him to death. When Asha learns about this, she loses her mental balance. One night at a temple, she slips on the stone steps and suffers serious brain damage.
Dr Vijay then performs a rare operation and places Amar’s brain into Asha’s body. After this, Asha begins to take revenge. She kills the three men one by one. When she is about to hang Gajendra, the police shoot her. Before dying, she says that she will be with Amar forever.
