The Revolutionaries is an adaptation of the book "The Revolutionaries" written by Sanjeev Sanyal. The story revolves around a young Indian freedom fighter. He believes armed resistance is crucial to end the British empire. The saga narrates the sacrifices and immortal love towards the country.
After the failure of the 1857 revolt, the country fell under the strong control of the British Raj. During this time, four young men grow up with a burning anger and a deep desire for justice, liberty and freedom.
Filled with courage and rebellion in their hearts, they pick up guns and decide to challenge British rule. Their actions begin to shake the silence around them and slowly awaken a sleeping nation.
The story follows how these young revolutionaries take bold steps and try to do what many people once thought was impossible.
