Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation [also known as The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre] is a 1995 English Black Comedy and Slasher film released in cinemas on 22 September 1995. .
It is prom time at a high school in Texas. Jenny (Renée Zellweger) and her friends drive to the dance but choose to pass through the woods for fun. Their night turns scary when they crash their car and get stuck in an empty area with no help around.
They go to a nearby office and meet Darla, who looks kind and harmless. She calls for help, so the group returns to their car, thinking everything will be fine soon. Instead, they face horror when they run into Leatherface and his mad brother Vilmer (Matthew McConaughey).
They are taken to an old farmhouse where the rest of the twisted family waits. Now the friends realize they may not escape this nightmare alive.
